What is IV Ozone Therapy?
First, what is ozone? Essentially, ozone is supercharged oxygen. Ozone has four primary functions:
- Germicidal, aiding in treatment of viruses

- Increases circulation to aid in healing and repair at a cellular level
Ozone therapy infuses ozone into a bag of fluid that includes a 100mL sample of your blood. That fluid is then reinfused into your body.

Treatment Process
IV ozone therapy will take place in the comfortable, relaxing environment of ReVITalize at Salt Spa. Our staff will administer your treatment in a private room. First, we will start an IV and withdraw 100mL of your blood. This blood is then added to a bag of fluids, followed by a prescribed amount of ozone gas. This mixture is reinfused into your body for about one hour.
