GBR Plastic Surgery is excited to introduce Body Sculpt by GBR, featuring CoolSculpting Elite. Scientifically proven and FDA-cleared, CoolSculpting Elite provides a noninvasive, nonsurgical option to tackle those stubborn fat bulges that just won’t budge!
What to Expect
Through Body Sculpt by GBR, we will create a customized plan for you based on your body and desired outcomes. Your treatment plan may include one or multiple areas at a time, with sessions lasting between 1-3 hours on average. Most patients achieve optimal results within two or more treatment sessions. Best of all, the procedure is completely noninvasive with minimal down time, letting you return to your normal life almost immediately. And before you know it, you will begin to see results – usually within 90 days.
How It Works
CoolSculpting Elite targets stubborn fat cells and freezes them through a process called cryolipolysis. The CoolSculpting process involves the use of vacuum pressure that draws tissue into an applicator cup between several cooling panels. When applied to the skin, the vacuum may cause sensations of pulling, tugging, and pinching in the area being treated. You may also experience intense stinging, tingling, aching, or cramping at first, but these sensations will subside as the area being addressed becomes numb. After treatment, the body naturally removes these dead cells, yielding up to a 25% reduction in fat bulges.
Treatment works best for men and women who are close to their goal weight, but have stubborn areas that persist despite nutrition or exercise.
CoolSculpting Elite is FDA-approved to treat nine different areas of the body on both men and women:
- Under the jawline
- Under the chin
- Flanks (love handles)
- Thighs (inner, outer, and distal)
- Upper arm
- Back fat / bra fat
- Banana roll underneath the buttocks
- Inner thighs
You can expect to see a 20-25% reduction in fat bulges in treated areas. For more dramatic results, you may need a surgical procedure such as liposuction or abdominoplasty. Our experienced team will help you decide which treatment option is right for you and your body.
